New CEO Appointed to Imenco Future Technologies
Imenco Future Technologies proudly announces the appointment of Daniele Petrone as its new CEO. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the offshore and subsea industry, Daniele brings extensive global experience and strategic leadership to this pivotal role.
Extensive Industry Expertise
Daniele’s professional journey is built on a strong foundation of technical and managerial excellence, honed through roles with industry leaders such as Schlumberger, Cameron, and OneSubsea. His expertise includes subsea production optimization, asset integrity management, and leading high-performing teams across Europe, the Middle East, Brasil and USA.
He holds a Master of Business Administration with Merit in Oil & Gas Management from Robert Gordon University, which complements his MEng in Chemical Engineering from Università degli Studi di L’Aquila in Italy.

Daniele’s appointment marks an important new chapter for Imenco Future Technologies as it continues its mission to innovate and expand within the global subsea and offshore sectors.
Daniele officially assumed the position of CEO on December 1st, and is taking over the position as CEO from Alan Buchan who will retire by the end of June next year. Buchan and Petrone will be working closely together until next summer for a smooth handover of the duties as CEO. They are both based at the Imenco office in Aberdeen.
