Caiman® Pipe Anode Clamp

Introduction

The Caiman® Pipe Anode Clamp from the Imenco Cathodic Protection Systems range of products, utilize the existing standardized stand-off anodes on a structure, making it easy to extend the life of the cathodic protection structure.

The main benefits of choosing a Imenco Retrofit Anode Clamp are the ease of installation and flexible use. The clamp is guided into place by a ROV and tensioned with a torque tool to ensure a good connection.

Stand-off anodes are often used on large structures. Instead of making large or special clamps for installation on items like jacket members, the Caiman® Pipe Anode Clamp utilizes the existing stand-off anodes. Slim form factor and low weight add to the flexibility and robustness of this design. Anodes may be attached directly to the clamp, or by a bonding cable to an anode sled.
