Mission

The main focus for the Project Manager will be planning and successful implementation of projects within budgets and timeframes as a key team member of our Subsea Acoustic Systems group. Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, manufacturing personnel and suppliers you will be at the forefront of customer contact, ensuring all project stakeholder’s needs are satisfied.

Challenges

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivery of projects to deadlines and quality standards

Manage all financial and contractual aspects of the project, directing and controlling the work.

Ability to maintain project plans and submit regular feedback on project status.

Control of manufacturing, key partners and suppliers to achieve desired delivery.

Participate in regular engineering resource planning meetings and strive to ensure efficient use of resources at all times.

Be approachable and keep others informed, gain commitment and motivate the team.

Be a part of our team that strive to develop & improve project execution and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent technical experience.

Strong people skills, with a positive, constructive and cooperative personality.

Sound experience within an engineering design and small batch manufacturing environment.

Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal & external clients and management.

Experience in technical Project Management.

Have the ability to work with minimum supervision, be self-motivated and driven, and use your initiative to deliver high-quality work.

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas would be desirable: subsea engineering, electronic design, oil & gas/energy industry, acoustic system design, defence/naval industry, systems integration.

Competent in the use of MS Office and MS Project.

Able to plan, organise, prioritise and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
